Central Embassy

โครงการ Central Embassy ตั้งอยู่บนถนนสุขุมวิทและถนนวิทยุ ในระหว่างการก่อสร้างมีโครงสร้างของรถไฟฟ้า BTS และด้านหลังติดกับสถานฑูตอังกฤษ

เป็นโครงการก่อสร้างที่มีชั้นใต้ดิน 5 ชั้น มีความลึกสุดถึง -24.20 เมตร และแต่ละพื้นที่มีความลึกการขุดไม่เท่ากัน รวมถึงยังมีทางลาดลงที่จอดรถชั้นใต้ดินอยู่ด้านหลังโครงการ จึงทำให้มีความยากในการออกแบบมากเนื่องจากความยาว, ความหนาของกำแพงกันดินและจำนวนค้ำยันไม่เท่ากัน จึงต้องออกแบบโครงสร้างชั้นใต้ดินและระบบค้ำยันชั่วคราวให้เหมาะสมและสามารถก่อสร้างได้จริง

โครงการนี้ทาง SECC เป็นผู้ออกแบบกำแพงกันดิน (Diaphragm Wall) ระบบค้ำยันชั่วคราวระหว่างงานขุดดิน รวมถึงบริการให้คำปรึกษาตลอดจนงานก่อสร้างชั้นใต้ดินแล้วเสร็จ

Central Embassy project is located at the intersection between Sukhumvit and Wireless road. Behind the construction site, it was the British Embassy and there is BTS skytrain structure in the front.

The underground consists of 5 basements with various depth of excavation. The maximum depth is -24.20 m. The entrance ramp to the parking is located at the back of the project which promotes difficulty in design due to cantilever length of the soil retaining structure. There were many types of retaining structure such as Diaphragm wall and sheet pile wall with temporary bracing system.

Strategia Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. provided design for underground construction system for this project including design of D-wall, sheet pile, bracing system and construction sequence.
