Boring tunnel in Bangkok soft clay may induce ground settlement which affect to the surround buildings and structure. Thus, before launching Tunnel Boring Machine, it is required to predict possible ground surface settlement. The settlement will be then use to do existing building impact assessment to verify the stability of the building.
